Respawn respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
If you believe content on Respawn (for example, an image on a creator’s profile) infringes your copyright, send our Designated Agent a written notice that includes:
1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material and its URL (e.g., respawn.tv/username) so we can locate it;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the agent above containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
