All persons that appear in any visual depiction displayed on Respawn (respawn.tv) were over the age of 18 years at the time the depiction was created.
Respawn is a link-in-bio service. The images shown on a creator’s profile are uploaded by that creator. With respect to all such content, Respawn acts solely as a provider of an interactive computer service and not as a producer (as “producer” is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75) of any of the depictions appearing on the platform. Respawn does not create, produce, direct, or commission any sexually explicit content.
Every creator must attest, as a condition of using Respawn, that they are at least 18 years old, that every person depicted in content they upload is at least 18 years old and has consented, and that they maintain the records required by law for any content for which they are a producer. Producers of content remain responsible for their own § 2257 record-keeping.
For content for which Respawn is a custodian, records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A are maintained by:
